      Purpose of the role:

      As a Consultant within the Solutions Group, you will support the team in global, regional and national projects. You will be responsible for managing consultancy projects from gathering clients requirements to Implementation of the solutions.

      Main responsibilities:

      • Develop and successfully manage programs for CWT Solutions Group clients through data collection, meetings with key client stakeholders, analysis, strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and implementation of tools and processes
      • Suggest to the clients assigned improvements in program management by complex data models and database applications
      • Present recommendations and findings to clients through formal presentations, with a strategic consulting approach
      • Become the clients point of contact and expert in everything related to the travel industry
      • On regular basis, propose spend optimization paths to clients
      • Negotiations with suppliers on behalf of clients
      • Provide regional support to other consultants responsible for global/regional programs when required
      • Identify new business sales and up-sell opportunities, build and deliver commercial presentations, formalise new deals
      • On-going identification and documentation of best practices in Travel Management
      • Contribute to the growth of the department through product and services development

      Experience & education:

      • At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy or procurement role within the travel industry
      • Strong hotel or/and air industry knowledge
      • Project management experience
      • Good command of Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools

      Languages

      • English fluent
      • French both written and oral is an asset

      Knowledge, skills and abilities

      • Excellent problem-solving and critical capabilities, as well as analytical skills
      • Ability to communicate in different levels of the clients’ organization
      • Customer focused and service oriented
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams, and build strong partnerships in an international environment
      • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
