      Senior Network Engineer
      About the Role:
      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our complex network infrastructure. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our network.
      Responsibilities:

      • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
      • Implement and manage network security solutions.
      • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
      • Develop and maintain network documentation.
      • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
      • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
      • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
      • Extensive experience with Cisco and Meraki network devices.
      • Experience with Wi-Fi network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
      • Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
      • Experience with network automation tools.
      • Experience with cloud networking technologies.

      Compensation and Benefits
      A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
