You will be an integral part of shaping the care pathways and building the culture alongside the senior leadership team. Main duties of the job
As the Consultant Psychiatrist, you will assume Responsible Clinician (RC) duties for Dunnock View, with the support of non-consultant grade doctors and the Lead Consultant Psychiatrist. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely, medication management, quality assurance, complaints and co-production, delivery of NICE guidance, and leading and managing the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards. You will also be required to take part in the On Call Consultant rota.
