      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and assist with real estate transactions, including timeshares, renewals, terminations, and new site acquisitions
      - Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents to ensure compliance with company policies
      - Monitor and manage critical lease dates and deadlines
      - Interact with landlords and third-party stakeholders on lease administration matters
      - Provide analytical support for decision-making related to real estate strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–4 years of experience in real estate analysis, lease administration, or transaction management
      - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Proficiency in CoStar or similar real estate management platforms
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with business units and legal teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical office building leases
      - Experience drafting formal correspondence and legal notices
