      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and resolve complex real estate issues to support a federal agency's mission
      - Conduct public records research and perform stakeholder analysis related to real estate planning
      - Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases and permits
      - Facilitate meetings to develop and execute real estate strategies and plans
      - Support real estate acquisition efforts and manage the agency’s real estate portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher
      - 10+ years of experience in federal property real estate program support
      - Proven ability to work effectively in team and independent settings
      - Significant experience in real estate research and analysis, including related documents
      - Proficiency with software tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
      - Experience drafting, negotiating, and tracking land-use agreements
