The role would be responsible for working on actuarial projects as analysts and/or as consultant to deliver an excellent and consistent experience for all our clients. This role should stimulate analysts to be independent and establish trust among peers and hierarchy alike. In this role, one should be able to take ownership of projects and organized tasks and feel confident in making their own decisions and executing plans. He/She should also be capable of working without close supervision and thriving in an autonomous working environment.

• Prepare and self-validate client liabilities. Self-review the final accounting results to ensure rework is minimized and quality standards are met
• Main contact for clients related to actuarial consulting and effective management of projects
• Monitor progress of multiple projects to ensure that timelines are met
• Provide timely responses to client queries
• Engage existing client in contracting for work and do negotiations wherever required,
• Active participation in knowledge sharing/training/process improvement initiatives and participate in testing of new tools/processes and roll outs
What you need to have:
• Graduation with Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content
• 1-3 years of actuarial experience, Preferable India market experience in Employee benefits or Global Pensions
• Cleared 1-4 Actuarial Exams as per new curriculum
• Knowledge of employee benefits, pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals
• Strong EXCEL and Word skills
• Excellent communication and good coaching skills
• Problem solving and consultancy skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality, timely and consistent results
