      Job Title: Consultant - SAP Concur

      Introduction to role:
      Are you ready to leverage technology to impact patients and ultimately save lives? We are seeking a Consultant - SAP Concur to join our IT team. The successful candidate will perform and lead Concur configurations with regards to new market implementations (Expense, Travel, Receipts, Mobile), existing configurations updates/ creation as enhancements. You will take ownership of the assigned Concur L2/L3 tasks or incidents through to delivery or issue resolution or escalation, as per the AZ ticketing SOP. This role also involves supporting SAP Concur tool administration, application environment set up, test case execution, change and release management.

      Accountabilities:
      You will develop specialist knowledge in relevant system(s), documenting and sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams. You will be expected to learn and upscale your skills, to engage in connected systems related enhancements/ changes. Flexibility is key in this role as you may need to work in a blended support/ to get cross-trained, i.e. to learn and work in other similar applications (in parallel) within the line manager’s remit. A good knowledge in inbound & outbound (SAE) processes in Concur & postings logics in the ledger systems like SAP is essential.

      Essential Skills/Experience:
      - Good understanding and 2+ years of experience in ITIL framework, change management, release management, problem management and incident management.
      - Minimum of 5+ years Travel and expenses (T&E) systems experience in either SAP Concur , or any T&E systems like Expensify, Certify, etc.
      - Should have completed at least 3 end to end expense configurations.
      - Experience of supporting application interfaces e.g. application to SAP, Snaplogics, Globalscape
      - Solution/result oriented approach and exceptional problem solving/Analytical skills.
      - Clear and Effective communication skills (Written/Verbal).
      - Commendable analytical skills.
      - Experience in resolving Day to Day queries regarding usage of SAP Concur and related activities.
      - Good knowledge in Concur’s web-services feature and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (API, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
      - Experience with SAP (ledger application) as upstream/downstream system.

      Desirable Skills/Experience:
      - 3+ years of experience in providing technical support for applications via the tickets and projects/ enhancements.
      - Exposure to application security.
      - Atleast 1+ year(s) experience on Travel configuration/ implementation projects.
      - Willingness to Analyse, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.
      - Openness to facilitate review sessions with senior support engineers, functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
      - Experience in any ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Service Center, Remedy , Perigrine etc

      Good to have but not mandatory:
      - Exposure to SaaS integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, Core Connector)
      - Experience in any T&E reporting tools.
      - Experience with the SaaS lifecycle (implementations and upgrades).
      - Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions.
      - Knowledge in Agile, LEAN methodologies.
      - Knowledge Automation concepts and tool
      - Knowledge in HTML


      - Exposure on Global distribution systems such as SABRE, TRAVELPORT, AMADEUS and with the TMC like BCD.
