What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesizing research into comprehensive summaries
- Prepare client deliverables, including strategy presentations, executive memos, and supporting documents
- Support project teams by developing workplans and coordinating with stakeholders
- Assist in business development, recruitment, and equity initiatives within the organization
- Communicate research findings and results effectively to clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, government agencies, foundations, non-profits, or the private sector
- Undergraduate degree; Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., MPH, MPP, MPA) or equivalent experience
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- English language fluency; proficiency in other languages is a plus
