What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS, ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Build strong relationships by regularly engaging with customer decision-makers
- Support renewal efforts and guide customers through the renewal process
- Create and maintain an automated onboarding experience using the free version of SiteVault
- Provide valuable feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and industry trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields
- Customer-facing consulting experience, including delivering workshop material and developing relationships
- Ability to quickly understand requirements and create corresponding solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Must be based in North America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SaaS/cloud management of site CTMS or eISF systems
- Clinical research experience at a site
- Familiarity with using HubSpot
