What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply data science techniques to solve business problems
- Assist in developing the customer data platform (CDP) strategy
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests and perform data analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical data requirements
- Design and architect data analytics frameworks and solutions
- Build and validate data models using SQL, Hadoop, and Python
- Present findings to senior management and develop plans for operationalizing analytic solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of professional work experience, with strong CDP experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
- Experience in Food/Beverage/Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry
- Strong data profiling, analysis, and governance skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field
- Strong project management and team management skills
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau
- Programming skills in Python and SQL
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems such as AWS and Hadoop

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA degree
- Experience working with offshore teams
