  Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is actively seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join their team in California. This role is a temporary position with an immediate start and offers a dynamic and engaging work environment. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, with a requirement to be onsite at the Torrance office at least three days a week. Sage Intacct experience required!
  
  

  Responsibilities
  
  

  • Temporary - start asap - open ended.
  • Over 50 clinics across the US
  • Hybrid - in Torrance office at least 3 days a week.
  • Candidates must be ready to hit the ground running and have Sage Intacct experience.
  • Import - review templates/data
  • PDF invoice converted to Excel
  • If goes well - balance sheet and prepaids
  • Priority - consolidated financials for Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Top level
    • For all of the accounts
    • Divisions, sub locations
  • Prepaid reconciliation and analysis
    • P/L review - variance analysis - where/why variance
    • Monthly trends
    • g/l reconciliation
    • provider
    • vendor
    • balance sheet
  • Zero account -reconciliation
  • Prepare entry general journal entry
  • Monthly employee list format
  • Reclass entries - possibly
    
    

  Qualifications
  
  

  • Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
    
    

  Required Work Hours
  
  

  Monday to Friday, first shift.
