What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster team collaboration by enhancing dynamics and contributing to collective success
- Drive client impact by taking ownership of workstreams and deliverables
- Deliver polished, client-ready results, including analyses and presentations
- Leverage innovation tools and techniques, including generative AI, to enhance recommendations
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data and synthesize insights for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of management consulting experience
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA), or another advanced degree
- Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)

- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, and experience leveraging them for problem-solving and analysis
