      The Role

      Our Manufacturing & Logistics Consulting group is looking for a Consulting Manager to join our journey.

      We’re looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating, enhancing, and supporting surveillance systems and processes to ensure the integrity of trading activities and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with stakeholders in trading, risk management, compliance, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that support surveillance operations.

      Responsibilities:

      • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
      • Develop and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
      • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
      • Utilize SQL (or other tools) for data management and analysis tasks.
      • Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
      • Leverage automotive industry experience to inform product development and strategic decisions.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, preferably in the automotive industry (or manufacturing industry)
      • Strong data management skills, including proficiency in SQL (or Python, Power BI etc)
      • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX, 4 days a week.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and technologies.
      • Certification in Business Analysis or Product Ownership (e.g., CBAP, CSPO).
