      As Consulting Account Director, you will be responsible for the following across Consulting Engagements with the Client.

      What You'll Do

      • Provide leadership for Delivery engagements with an overall objective of driving customer happiness and Program success
      • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for CS4I in the account
      • Builds on-going customer relationships
      • Onsite stake holder management—CIO, IT/Transformation Director, Operations Head, and Business Heads (CCO, CBO)
      • Be prepared to manage multiple stakeholders on projects - manage expectations, alignment and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced meetings, reports, statuses, reviews etc
      • Point of escalation as per below layered escalation path: Project Manager->Program Director/Delivery lead->Consulting Account Director->Regional V
      • Work collaboratively with Program Director & Solution Owner for the Delivery Track:
      • Support Oracle delivery team in resolution of client dependencies/risks & getting crucial stake holder alignment/support
      • Be the customer advocate with the program team to address customer concerns & identify workable solutions
      • Timely & proactively report to Regional Head any key concerns that cannot be resolved with program team or with client
      • Foster a positive team environment that promotes professionalism, trust, and accountability
      • Setup alignment calls/mechanisms between various Oracle teams involved in the account
      • Support Business development on Comms network/ apps opportunities
      • Work cohesively with Oracle Consulting Sales Director to support the ongoing sales opportunities or help develop the sales pipeline in the account/country
      • Periodically follow up on Milestone sign-offs, invoicing & collections
      • Work towards developing relationships with customer Finance, procurement & Vendor Management teams
      • Provide regular updates and insights on the account

      • Have a clear understanding of RACI and how it applies in the program(s) under execution
      • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards
      • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
      • Superior verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills in English are critical for this role
      • Judgment, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills and leadership skills
      • Ability to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures
      • Experience interacting with both business and IT/Technology staff at all levels including the executive level
      • Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands
      • Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
      • Experience of leading BSS/OSS Transformation programs/consulting engagements will be preferred
      • 15-20 years of experience in Communications Consulting with at least 5 plus years in customer facing/engagement roles at leadership level
      • At least 10 years of experience working in Middle East region

      Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a position of professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in identifying and resolving major issues and risks impacting project success. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Ensures customer deliverables are acceptable, and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Manages the scope of medium to large-scale projects, and accounts with varying levels of complexity.
