      About the Job
      We are currently seeking a Consulting Senior Associate - LPMR with a site assessment and remediation background with the ambition to grow further in this field and get involved in broader environmental and sustainability services.
      It is expected that the selected candidate will primarily support our Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team in India. This is an opportunity for a consultant looking to start or their consultant looking to start or advance their career in a global environmental/social leader that aims to lead the field in sustainability consulting.

      Role and Responsibilities:

      To support the successful delivery of ERM projects and objectives by:
      • Support delivery of site investigations (including incorporating high-resolution site characterization), Site Assessment, Environmental Baseline Study, risk assessment, remediation proposal, and report preparation work throughout the whole project life cycle
      • Professionals will be required to travel to a multitude of sites and shall be involved in sampling various environmental media including soil and groundwater.
      • Professionals shall be expected to support the successful delivery of ERM projects by delivering multiple project tasks or components and building effective working relationships within and across technical communities.
      • Developing, implementing, and maintaining proactive health and safety management programs at all project sites
      • Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery and engagement
      • Building effective working relationships within the project team, discipline, and business unit and working collaboratively
      • Contributing to business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirements
      • Act as a global member of ERM, with high-performance aspirations and commitment, and a passion for what we stand for – bring technical expertise and objectivity to help clients address significant sustainability challenges.

      Qualifications and Requirements:
      • Master’s degree in Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
      • Expected to have 1- 2 years of consulting experience working in Site Investigations and related activities.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is mandatory.
      • Analyzing data using computer applications like Arc GIS, and MODFLOW, is a plus.
      • Demonstrate great verbal and written communication skills in English, with attention to detail. and
      • Be open to extended periods away from the primary work location, with travel durations varying based on project needs.
