What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure patients are appropriately registered for all service lines
- Perform eligibility verification, obtain pre-certifications and authorizations, and make financial arrangements
- Request and receive payments for services and perform cashiering functions
- Maintain close working relationships with clinical partners for effective communication
- Provide PBX (switchboard) coverage and support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of relevant healthcare experience
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Prior collections experience
- Ability to maintain respectful relationships with internal and external customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting with patient registration responsibilities
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
