      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, research, analyze, and resolve consumer complaints related to insurance
      - Educate citizens on insurance law and guide them to appropriate resources
      - Participate in administrative hearings and coordinate with agency investigators
      - Develop and produce online resources for public education
      - Complete training to enhance knowledge and skills for job efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in insurance in a customer service capacity
      - Knowledge of insurance-related laws and agency policies
      - Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office and Google applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents and contracts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in public outreach or consumer education programs
      - Familiarity with Arizona insurance laws and regulations
      - Previous experience in a regulatory or compliance role
      - Strong negotiation and mediation skills
