- Consumer & Quality Reporting – You will utilize data from the Consumer Affairs contact center to analyze trends and initiate business reports to support the Marketing department. Ad-hoc and quality complaint reporting will ensure issue identification and ongoing quality improvements. You will ensure the integrity of data and provide feedback to our consumer response team when needed. Time to dig into the details!
- Systems Maintenance – Compliance please! You will ensure accurate information is available to our contact center with regular updates to the system
- Innovation, Promotion, and Project Management – Time to flex your agility! You will prepare innovation and promotion materials for sales and consumer affairs. This includes training our consumer response team to ensure a strong understanding of our products and accuracy in our responses. You will work cross-functionally, responding to ad hoc requests as needed.
- Product Liability & Lab Samples – You will manage the consumer sample retrieval, documentation and lab analysis processes ensuring timely responses to consumers. You will determine how to handle and respond to routine product liability claims, partnering with internal resources and external agencies to help resolve claims.
- Consumer Fulfillment & Response – You will help exceed our consumers expectations by working with internal resources to draft responses to non- routine consumer contacts.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Food Science, or Nutrition, with 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Must be able to work onsite 2 – 3 days a week.
- Must be able to function effectively as a cross-functional team member, planner, problem solver, communicator and project manager.
- Creative problem solving and ability to complete root cause analysis in complex situations.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Strong communicator, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
