      Position Summary
      As a CMI Manager, you will lead the discovery of consumer, cultural, category and competitive insights to identify opportunities for CPW Global brands and/or the CPW Portfolio communication. In this position, you will manage our Future Breakfast Club - consumer ongoing panel across the Globe and work on the enhancement of the research tools. You will be responsible for the relationship and negotiations with the supplier as well as for running big strategic projects for the company at Global level.

      A Day in the Life of a CMI Manager

      • Use multiple research techniques and creative, new techniques to uncover insights that can be applied to the brands. Identify insights for the development of line extensions on these brands and for the portfolio of brands
      • Contribute to a system for aggregating, filtering, and synthesizing relevant consumer learning from multiple sources (custom research, trends, social media listening insights, etc.) and sharing across CPW and with the immediate team.
      • Managing research vendors to conduct research and synthesizing learning into concise learning summary and then presenting results to team
      • Participate, lead and influence team discussions to bring the voice of the consumer into consideration and decision making
      • Work with the brand team to develop a pipeline of ideas that support the brand strategy and brand-new innovation
      • Lead and contribute to strategic development of brand NPD, identify opportunities, contribute creatively, through new product ideation and deliver consumer learning to develop all elements of the total product offering
      • Lead the online consumer community across the globe

      What will make you successful
      • Strong track record in agile Innovation Development as well as several years of experience in the application of behavioral science to create actionable insights
      • Professional Insights Mastery: in-depth experience in qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques
      • Strong FMCG background working on the client side
      • Experience in running projects across multiple countries and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
      • Strategic thinking and analytical skills combined with a strong business acumen
      • Strong investigation, synthesis, influence, and communication skills
      • Ability to bring consumer insights into the team and effectively recommend how the business should apply the
      insights

      • Experience in interpreting analytics will be highly regarded
