      Job Description:

      Consumer Banking Division Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive client experience and relationships, and operational excellence across sub-lines of business The Division Executive will be responsible for over 500 Financial Centers/5,000 FTE across multiple states. Key responsibilities include partnering with integrated leadership teams across the sub-lines of business to drive end to end relationship strategies while adhering to regulatory, securities and supervision laws, and procedures. Job expectations include executing, integrating, and driving complex strategic initiatives while leading large scale workforce and management teams across multiple geographies.

      Responsibilities:

      • Challenges end-to-end process efficiency and effectiveness, champions data driven decision-making and removes obstacles to optimize operations

      • Contributes to enterprise strategy and influence messaging to connect team contributions to business purpose, results, and success.

      • Inspects and challenges risk controls, governance, and culture to ensure the timely identification, escalation, debate, and remediation of risk across the organization

      • Coaches to sustain and elevates organizational performance while differentiating to ensure pay for performance

      • Allocates efficiently and manages resources across the organization to drive short and long-term profitability

      • Mobilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the Bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage

      Managerial Responsibilities:

      This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. At Bank of America, all managers at this level demonstrate the following responsibilities, in addition to those specific to the role, listed above.

      • Driver of Business Outcomes: Mobilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ years of management experience

      • Excellent influencing skills at all levels and the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and colleagues

      • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining rigorous management discipline routines, processes, etc.

      • Holds self and others accountable for high performance standards

      • Removes obstacles and proactively challenges processes to ensure work gets done easily and decisions made quickly

      • Experience with the development of people resources; recruiting, hiring, and retaining

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
