      What you'll get to do

      During your program within the Global Consumer Engagement team, your main responsibilities will be:
      - To coordinate with the overall Consumer Engagement team the alignment on the main end to end Media template and processes both from a global and local level (from brief template including our Paid Owned and Earned Media approach, to media agency recommendation support and reporting template).
      - To gather our monthly Media report to be shared with Top management for visibility
      - To support the coordination of our media community across the globe, contributing to gathering their feedback, local best practices, identify and collaborate with the best media expert in our team and with our external media agency and digital partners to develop training material to support our media acceleration
      - Support our overall new media operating model roadmap progress gathering the status on each initiative and supporting the global media director to share the progress within the media core team members as well as running surveys to ensure the model is delivering across all geos.
