Total Wone & More is looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst join our Customer Analytics team onsite in Bethesda, MD. You will support the Marketing organization in developing data-informed insights to drive profitable sales. Leveraging a variety of tools, youu2019ll be working in the details of customer, product, and transactional data on high visibility workstreams that inform decision making at all levels of the organization. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Analytics.

You will

Support the execution and measurement of marketing campaigns and other initiatives within the organization
Analyze customer behavior via acquisition and retention analysis, customer segmentation, product category analysis, demographic profiling
Support refreshes of standard weekly and monthly reporting
Develop new analyses on an ad hoc basis, distilling requests into actionable insights
Use SQL to pull and manipulate data for standard and ad hoc reporting, program measurement, and investigative/descriptive analytics
Use Excel, PowerBI or other BI tools, Python or other data science tools to visualize data to develop and communicate insights
Build relationships with stakeholdersu2014within Marketing and cross-functionallyu2014to develop and present analysis and communicate findings

You will come with

Bacheloru2019s degree with significant quantitative coursework (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or hard sciences)
Strong foundation in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Though not required, some background in data science (SQL, Python, R, or other) is desirable
Knowledge of statistical concepts
Is extremely conscientious, can manage multiple concurrent projects and can prioritize deadlines
