      ABOUT THE JOB

      We offer a great opportunity for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join the Market Intelligence department, as part of the Consumer Insights team. You will act with us as an expert of market research, helping the Maison to embrace consumer centricity and succeed in their specific consumer research projects. You will implement all sorts of consumer research methods, including qualitative studies, quantitative surveys and more innovative approaches. You will have a front view on consumer research’s final applications from part of our Maison’s marketing teams.

      Your projects will cover all aspects of marketing, from brand equity assessment, strategic support, brand image measurement, to communication, digital or customer journeys. You will also have the opportunity to explore a large range of consumer cultures and backgrounds, as our reach is global.

      You'll Help Us As

      • Project manager of consumer studies, along with the Head of consumer research
      • Both active on quantitative & qualitative methodologies
      • Direct management of external partners (such as market research agencies)
      • Support for the Maison’s strategic topics regarding luxury consumer
      • Safeguard of the quality and relevance of studies produced within the Group
      • Innovator of research methods and topics for the luxury industry
      • Advocate for Market Intelligence’s projects and missions in the Group

      You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have

      • Basic quantitative & qualitative consumer research skills: a first experience in consumer studies is a strong plus
      • Both analytical skills and oral presentation skills in English and French
      • A will to advocate for consumer centric ways of working
      • A curiosity for international markets and foreign cultures
      • A positive, proactive attitude and a team player spirit
