      Our PwC Intelligence team is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner for an assigned customer to identify and pursue new opportunities, conduct market analysis, and prepare revenue projections. You'll also develop new service offerings and solutions, enhance existing delivery capabilities, and support the delivery of solutions on engagements.

Insights Factory, part of PwC Intelligence, focuses on performing x-competency company analysis to recommend opportunities to help PwC’s clients improve the way they operate, reduce costs, manage risks, leverage talent or fundamentally change the way they do business.

      Minimum Years of Experience :
      8 year(s) of relevant research, data analytics or PwC experience

      Preferred Qualifications :

      Preferred Fields of Study :
      Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science

      Certification(s) Preferred :
      An MBA, Masters of Finance, or progress in the CFA exams is preferable.

      Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

      • Leading, coaching, and advising a team of x-competency analysts in the development of clear, persuasive and concise company outside-in analysis;
      • Managing and inspiring a team of analysts to high performance;
      • Managing the development of junior team members on projects and identifying opportunities for them to grow and build their skills;
      • Applying advanced expertise to lead the team in translating the analysis into credible recommendations that drive action;
      • Advising the analysts on problem and hypothesis framing, analytic relevance, and how to drive quantitative and qualitative sophistication across deliverables;
      • Reviewing deliverables within respective industry / sector for accuracy, completeness, and relevance;
      • Owning and ensuring ROI capture and reporting for the industry / sector;
      • Driving cross-pollination of best practices, behaviors, and approaches within the industry / sector;
      • Collaborating with other PwCi pillars to identify new ways to create value for stakeholders; and,
      • Enabling operational excellence and efficiencies by continuously identifying opportunities to embed automation and improved leverage in how the team operates. Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

      • Managing teams / multiple work streams to establish successful project conclusion - i.e., delivery of quality work on time and within budget;
      • Leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management and project facilitation;
      • Analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data in an efficient manner and synthesizing the output into meaningful and actionable insights;
      • Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to senior audiences and being able to deliver difficult messages with persuasiveness and sensitivity;
      • Demonstrating executive presence and ability to become a trusted advisor to firm leadership;
      • Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities;
      • Attracting, retaining, assessing and developing staff / team members;
      • Demonstrating flexibility and creativity in managing work-life balance of self and team members; and,
      • Demonstrating Power User ability with MS Office suite of applications including Excel modeling; and in Google Suite of collaboration and productivity apps including Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
