What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service and answers to client inquiries within set standards
- Troubleshoot client's electronic and mobile banking technical issues
- Maintain patient and positive attitude while resolving problems promptly
- Use inbound/outbound telephone techniques to build client relationships
- Submit accurate documentation for client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to research and use systems/applications simultaneously
- Good customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous banking or call center experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Contact Center experience
- Troubleshooting experience and ability to multitask using various systems
