What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve Contact Center targets by providing guidance on financial products and services
- Educate customers on various loan and deposit types
- Take ownership of customer issues and work towards resolution
- Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial needs
- Work under supervision following defined procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience in customer service/sales
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College Degree
- One (1) year of experience in banking and/or lending
- One (1) year of experience in relationship-based client consultation
