What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality interactions with inbound and outbound member calls to promote the Veridian brand
- Conduct member transactions, including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Cross-sell credit union services and achieve sales and service goals
- Refer members to appropriate positions or departments within Veridian Companies
- Maintain necessary files, update member information, and prepare reports as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Related work experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment or financial institution
- Proficiency in electronic services and Microsoft Windows Environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish speaking
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines
- Knowledge of online banking, mobile banking, and other electronic services
