      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop products and features for Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE CXone)
      - Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and resolve bugs identified in the QA process
      - Collaborate with other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and team members on various projects
      - Mentor and train stakeholders and team members in the use of NICE CXone admin tools
      - Work in both test and development production environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of IVR and ACD development experience
      - 1-3 years of CXone Studio scripting experience
      - Experience in CRM integration and omnichannel development
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Ability to work independently and mentor others on the Telecom team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Core and Core+ Certified | NICE Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) and the ACD Administrator certification
      - Additional cloud telephony experience with platforms like Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8
