      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their banking inquiries and requests
      - Provide support to clients in managing their accounts and financial products
      - Actively listen and problem-solve to resolve client issues effectively
      - Educate clients on CIBC's digital capabilities and financial products
      - Connect clients with appropriate financial contacts to enhance their financial success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability and flexibility to work between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM AST, Monday to Sunday
      - Ability to work independently with a secure workspace free from distractions
      - Wired internet connection that meets specified speed requirements
      - Strong communication and active listening skills
      - Legal eligibility to work at the specified location(s)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or a financial services environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
      - Bilingual abilities, especially in French
      - Experience with sales or upselling financial products
      - Strong understanding of banking products and services
