      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Silver Contact Manufacturing Process Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting the manufacturing processes of silver contacts, capturing key parameters, and creating a comprehensive portfolio of our plant's processes. This role is crucial for enhancing operator training and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Document the entire manufacturing process of silver contacts.
      • Identify and record key parameters and variables in the manufacturing process.
      • Develop and maintain a detailed portfolio of all manufacturing processes within the plant.
      • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
      • Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
      • Provide training and support to operators based on documented processes and key parameters.
      • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in the manufacturing of silver contacts.
      • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
      • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process documentation.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
      • Previous experience in training and development of manufacturing operators.
