The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting the manufacturing processes of silver contacts, capturing key parameters, and creating a comprehensive portfolio of our plant's processes. This role is crucial for enhancing operator training and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document the entire manufacturing process of silver contacts.
• Identify and record key parameters and variables in the manufacturing process.
• Develop and maintain a detailed portfolio of all manufacturing processes within the plant.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Provide training and support to operators based on documented processes and key parameters.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the manufacturing of silver contacts.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Previous experience in training and development of manufacturing operators.
