Job Description

Build global content offerings on the Phreesia product platform, including but not limited to, interview templates/global modules, health campaigns, practice announcements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts on global content offerings and advise based on best practices to optimize product utilization and patient experience.
Ensure that global content maintains functionality with market integrations and analytics platforms/reporting standards.
Build and maintain global templates that supplement global intake content
Coordinate thorough and rigorous QA and testing with Quality Analyst team for all global content
Maintain build and QA documentation and internal communications through JIRA and build management in accordance with product Sprint cycle
Participate in Sprint estimation and retrospective exercises and optimizing story point allocation
Author and maintain process guides/knowledge base articles relevant to the Content Analyst responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content creation or similar
Strong communication and written skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Strong organization and time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
P rocess-oriented with strong attention to detail
1 year of Phreesia build experience
Basic knowledge of HTML
Good understanding of EMR integrations with the Phreesia product platform

As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for crafting and productizing patient engagement experiences on the Phreesia product platform. You will drive the use of global and standardized content, thereby reducing reliance on custom content. In addition to this, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that adheres to best practice recommendations.

Base pay for the U.S. is $70K - $85K USD, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
