      We are a fast-paced global service organization providing human evaluation and diagnostic services including content management and programming, testing and training data, query analysis and insights, and product quality optimization on all screens (PC/Phone/Tablet/TV).

      A Lot About You

      We're looking for a creative, smart, and versatile generalist with editorial skills to participate on a variety of projects including handling data feeds, building taxonomies, classifying online content, analyzing search behavior, extracting data, and assisting with a variety of other overarching tasks. You should have a fascination with the Internet and online culture, you’ll be spending all day with it!

      Your Day

      • Writing code to extract data from various content sources.

      • Mapping data to schemas.

      • Leading team members in meeting project objectives.

      • Making product feature improvements based on your analysis of the workflow, tools, competitive landscape, and user climate.

      • Effectively communicating ongoing product changes and escalating issues with the appropriate members of the product team.

      • Classifying diverse unstructured data and communicating analyses of users' wants and needs.

      • Developing new concepts, methods and techniques.

      • Curating and featuring content using data and journalistic standards. Figuring out how to scale content choices for large audiences.

      • Partnering with engineering and science in the development of machine learning algorithms for ranking, classification, natural language processing, deep learning, and other areas requiring labeled data for training models.

      You Must Have

      • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, Library Information Science, Information Management or equivalent practical experience.

      • One+ years of related working experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome.

      • Fluency in English and Chinese(Mandarin) is required.

      • Attention to detail, flexibility, organizational skills, an abundance of common sense, and strong communication, writing, and decision-making skills.

      • Comfortable with smartphones and apps. Understanding of the challenges facing desktop vs mobile search. Ability to work with engineering including technical aptitude.

      • Solid understanding of taxonomy/category structures and content classification.

      • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret search data; ability to build lists of keywords to trigger specialized content, including common misspellings and synonyms.

      • Applicants for this position must be willing to locate to Taiwan.
