      What You Will Achieve

      The Content Channel Specialist (CCS) is core to Pfizer Australia’s vision. The role will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) that drives a “One Pfizer” marketing channel strategy approach and works with the therapeutic teams and external agencies to jointly develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans.

      The Content Channel Specialist will act as an advisor on how to design, produce and distribute content for different channels and build capabilities among marketers to create omni-channel content creation skills. The role will lead and teach marketers how to develop integrated content via the right channel from briefing all the way through execution and measurement, delivering cutting edge, high-quality campaigns that are customized to each customer's needs.

      The role will lead a consistent “One Pfizer” approach to always delivering best practice customer value that will increase ROI and customer facing colleague (CFC) engagement. This requires specialised channel support and channel analytics to better inform digital engagement activities. This colleague will be responsible for conducting and monitoring consistent, integrated campaign plans to maximize value, meet channel requirements, and meet compliance standards.

      How You Will Achieve It

      • Leverage Insights, analytics, and core knowledge, to create implementation strategies across channels, working with Marketers, CX and other commercial colleagues
      • Collaborate with the therapeutic teams delivering omnichannel analytics expertise in developing and implementing omnichannel strategies based on analyses of the digital landscape, benchmarks and channel development options that meet the needs of our customers
      • Evaluate interaction metrics and customer journeys using analysis tools and support the brand teams with Multi-Channel reporting
      • Setup and design A/B testing, case control studies and other deep dive analyses to address business questions related to omnichannel execution and impact
      • Provides personalised and tailored support and guidance on local execution to content creators and brand teams leading to an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels
      • Provides a consistent “One Pfizer” approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge and experience for personalised content based on device, location and customer preferences.
      • Channel support and analytics with responsibility for tracking and measuring performance of all cross-channel initiatives, and the overall channel performance. Evaluate interaction metrics and customer journeys using analysis tools and support the brand teams with multi-channel reporting.
      • Provide a roadmap for talent and skill development for best-in-class omni-channel content creation capabilities in collaboration with L&D. Training Marketers and ensuring a rapid iteration of content and deployment to customers.
      • Act as a change agent by pairing knowledge of cross-industry best practices with an understanding of customer needs and bringing them to market in collaboration with global and regional teams
      • SME for the commercial colleagues at all levels and coordination of the implementation of integrated omnichannel plans with all relevant functions (e.g. Glocal, Pfizer Digital, Biopharma Operations, Communications, Medical, Sales, Marketing)

      Lead and participate in various strategic and operational initiatives with a startup mentality and can-do attitude

      Qualifications

      • University/Bachelor degree or equivalent (data science, business analytics, computer science, mathematics, business administration, marketing, economics or similar). Masters degree preferred.
      • Experience in digital marketing or multi-channel marketing is essential with digital agency experience and background preferred
      • Competencies

      • Project, time management and organizational ability with an understanding of Agile methodology regarding project management

      • Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and evangelise for customer centric practices which deliver against business measures.
      • Deep understanding of key business drivers and the financial strategies of various portfolios/business units.
      • Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders with a clear and crisp communication style.
      • Strong writing skills, creativity, and passion for user-centered design
      • Experience in omnichannel marketing analytics and in cross-functional cooperation regarding functions and markets.
      • Track record of cross-functional, multi-level project leadership and management, strong communication and collaboration skills
      • A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organizational skills, self-motivated, result-driven and strong sense of responsibility
      • Ability to manage multiple project timelines with critical deadlines and interdependencies in a highly matrixed organization
      • Strong understanding of Marketo / Marketing Automation, SEO and SEM with preferably at least two years of social media experience
      • Competency in basic HTML, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
      • Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships.
      • Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization.
