What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development of compelling internal and external content that connects audiences to the employer’s mission
- Ensure all communications and marketing materials align with the employer’s brand expression and strategic narrative

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using Microsoft O365 and SharePoint tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with social media and scheduling applications, such as Later or HootSuite
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to self-manage tasks
- Degree in public relations, journalism, communications, English, or marketing, or 1-4 years of experience in a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some project management experience
- Experience with content management systems or design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of AP style and SEO best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
