Job Description

- Review submissions from client marketing agencies.
- Write JSON code to dictate the placement of text fields and other data on our Digital Menu Board products.
- Verify placement of data on the menu boards in a QA environment.
- Ensure the successful deployment of changes to on-screen data / content.
- Assist internal Support team in resolving customer issues.
- Document updates & improvements to existing workflows and processes.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- High School Degree (or equivalent) is required; completion of technical coursework (especially with Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology [IT], or other technical fields) is preferred.
- 2 years of professional experience working in IT-oriented roles.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity working within the JSON structure is preferred.
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience with utilizing tools like Excel and/or Jira is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated demeanor with the proven ability to multi-task and to manage your time efficiently.
- CM knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
