  We are hiring for a Content Promotion Specialist join our Software Development team on a full-time, direct basis at our office in Dayton, OH. This person will receive, build, test, and deploy a variety of promotions (local & national) to the field for our clients!

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review submissions from client marketing agencies.
  • Write JSON code to dictate the placement of text fields and other data on our Digital Menu Board products.
  • Verify placement of data on the menu boards in a QA environment.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of changes to on-screen data / content.
  • Assist internal Support team in resolving customer issues.
  • Document updates & improvements to existing workflows and processes.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

  Qualifications

  
  

  • High School Degree (or equivalent) is required; completion of technical coursework (especially with Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology [IT], or other technical fields) is preferred.
  • 2 years of professional experience working in IT-oriented roles.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity working within the JSON structure is preferred.
  • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience with utilizing tools like Excel and/or Jira is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated demeanor with the proven ability to multi-task and to manage your time efficiently.
  • CM knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
