What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Application Manager and Medical Librarian to support content and record management
- Manage the lifecycle of policies, guidelines, and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding content and records management initiatives
- Act as a liaison between policy owners and leadership to address information redundancy and inquiries
- Conduct regular audits of the intranet to identify duplicate information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in library science, information science, or a related field
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required, but one year of experience in records management is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; specific experience with SharePoint 2019 is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Preferred skills in data management, indexing, and experience with content management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in searching, building taxonomies, and abstracting information
- Background in healthcare or clinical settings preferred
