BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE

Obsessed with Tik Tok? Passionate about beauty? Confident behind and in front of the camera? We have the Rimmel role for you!

We’re looking for a content creator to join our Rimmel Marketing team based in Barcelona.

You will be responsible for creating multiple pieces of content a week for our owned social channels (primarily Tik Tok) for both organic and paid use. You will be the eyes, ears and sometimes face of our Rimmel London social channels. With an in-house studio you will be tasked with creating engaging, relevant, timely and on trend content for the brand every day.

With the freedom to create as you wish and the encouragement to make the Rimmel brand personality shine through on social this is a fantastic role to kickstart your career in digital marketing and make the beauty industry take notice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create multiple pieces of short form video content for Tik Tok
• Identify relevant trends and content streams to be part of on the Tik Tok platform
• Establish the Rimmel Tik Tok channel as the go to for beauty content
• Grow our Tik Tok following & views and community presence
• Create content streams owned and recognizable to the Rimmel brand
• Ensure content posted is in line with overarching brand strategy and personality
• Work with the brand and global teams to facilitate smooth running of the channel
• You will be given responsibility from the start and will be expected to take charge and make stand out content everyday

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• A self-motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to Tik Tok
• Previous digital content creation experience is an advantage
• Digital native with genuine passion for social media particularly Tik Tok and experience using Instagram both within a professional environment and for pleasure.
• Strong appreciation of beauty sector and passion to work within the industry
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach
• Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player
• Able to demonstrate a creative flair!
• Able to demonstrate a passion for brands
