We are growing our team and seek to add an experienced and enthusiastic content creator and brand representative to support digital marketing content creation. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks of our PensacolaBeach.com social media accounts, creating engaging blogs, completing website edits, working with local partners, and assisting with video production/creation.

A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative thinker, a content enthusiast, and a team player.

Essential Job Duties:

• Work with the marketing team/lead designer to develop digital content consistent with the company’s goals & strategies.
• Creating engaging videos for reels, YouTube shorts, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
• Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about PensacolaBeach.com, and then contextualize your findings.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
• Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
• Prospect, follow up, and close partnership ad sales.
• Manage current relationships with Paying ad Partners and ensure purchased products are completed.
• Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers.
• Maintain a record of projects being actively worked on as well as completed.
• Maintain communication utilizing Microsoft Teams as well as in-person collaboration.

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to learn subject matter related to specific brand guidelines.
• Fluency in various social platforms is a must.
• Photography and videography experience is required.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, HTML, CSS, is a plus
• Understanding of the marketing industry and its best practices
• Proven capability of managing multiple marketing campaigns in a professional work environment required.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to simultaneously prioritize work on multiple projects.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Experience in tourism marketing is preferred.
• Willing and able to (at times) work odd or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions.
