Job Description

- Define and lead new ways of working and processes across IKEA for impactful and cost-efficient management of assignments for IMC always with a business- & creative mindset
- Lead and manage common content and on-request assignments.
- Use your leadership skills do define, assign and follow-up of the content assignments that deliver to IKEA M&C Delivery plan
- Manage closely the portfolio budget and connected performance indicators to secure the delivery to business priorities within the agreed frames (quality, time, costs)
- Secure, through areas of expertise across S&P, that decisions and insights are captured in assignment briefs and are fact-based, securing customer centricity
- Manage and implement content frameworks and enablers (such as Convert library) to secure effectiveness and efficiency in content assignments
- Contribute to marketing & communication planning securing range priorities and product selection in close collaboration with CBR and M&C Planning
- Define and prioritize content assignment business needs into digital capability development
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement: CBR Range Areas, IMC, IKEA Franchisees (retailers) for all communication
- Contribute to creating an idea and feedback culture in cross collaboration with assignors, internal areas, and external partners
- You have great passion and experience to lead communication development with a visionary and inspirational approach.
- You understand the customer journey, how they consume and experience communication as well as up-to-date knowledge about today’s omnichannel landscape, market, and industry trends.
- You translate vision, strategies, and business direction into clear actionable development plans (business & competence).
- You lead through people with the IKEA values at heart and build strong working relationships while co-creating and collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
- You have experience in leadership, direct or indirect and passionate about enabling teams to develop and achieve common goals.
- You are driven by working with time-limited projects that have a start and end date as well as being flexible when you must.
- You build and manage stakeholder relationships, creating synergies, and negotiating in a multi-layered organization to drive decisions and consensus.
- You think strategically and conceptually with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- You are a true ambassador of IKEA values, living and sharing them daily and you have a desire to strengthen the IKEA Brand.
- You have a passion for life at home, home furnishing and for meeting customers’ needs. It’s important that you have strong written, visual, and spoken communication skills to be successful in this role.
