      A day in the life of...

      The Content Management Associate will join the Content Services Team in Content Management. Manages in- applies scope Digital Asset on different business portals in the Digital Asset Management library (Digital Asset Module), performs visual analysis of Brand-related assets, ensures proper coverage of Intellectual Property Document, guidelines based on the Global Tagging Rules and Guidelines, and updates assets of the SBUs or Brands. Performs audit of asset tags alongside with the Sr. Content Management Analyst

      DAM Asset Tagging and Content Management

      • Collect digital marketing asset, basic asset information, and related IP documents from markets/SBU

      • Tag and upload market assets in DAM ensuring the relevant information and IP Documents are in place

      • Coordinate and update the business managers, design agencies, legal

      • Ensure correct tagging by adhering to DAM Tagging Rules and Guidelines, GS1 Standards (for ECS Related Assets)

      • Management of multiple market/business stakeholder to ensure timely project delivery

      • Generating asset report status to markets

      -Consistency in tagging the digital assets

      Stakeholder Management

      • Understand stakeholder needs focusing and influencing from Market / BU POC level, Taxonomy and Tech Team

      Process documentation, Improvement Initiatives, Compliance, Trainings and Developments

      • Create and share improvements initiatives

      • Perform SPOC function related to NCE

      • Execute process in compliance with the Standard Routines

      • Create/Update relevant functional training materials

      Collaborate and contribute with other team member to achieve the overall result

      • Follow-through (Identify, define, resolve) and escalate issues to relevant key stakeholders

      • Contribute and provide input to the project management in the planning of activities

      What will make you successful

      1. Bachelor’s Degree Graduate preferably in Business or Marketing
      2. Familiar with Branding and Marketing communication (work-related or academic)
      3. Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
      4. Familiar with Digital Asset Management tool
