What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with subject matter experts to create compelling RFP responses
- Write and edit content for RFPs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to writing standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support training and optimize content development processes
- Identify and implement technology enhancements within the RFP library for improved efficiency
- Lead process improvement initiatives with minimal supervision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive industry experience in English/Writing/Editing, Proposals, Knowledge Management, Communications, Sales, Product, and/or Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective networking and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RFPIO Proposal Automation software
- Thorough understanding of the employer's brand, products, and services
- Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and drive solutions
- Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
