      About the Role:

      We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Content Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of digital content across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll play a key part in migrating CMS content and managing day-to-day content updates to ensure accurate, timely, and seamless publishing.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Assist with CMS content migration projects (from legacy systems to new platforms).

      • Build, test, and deploy marketing content across digital platforms.

      • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and brand-compliant updates.

      • Monitor project timelines and escalate issues proactively.

      • Support various marketing operations tasks related to web publishing and content QA.

      Must-Have Qualifications:

      • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Execution, or Marketing Operations.

      • Hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).

      • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

      • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

      • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office; familiarity with QA and testing processes is a plus.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress).

      • Understanding of web content strategy and basic HTML/CSS.

      • Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is a bonus.
