Own the content creation process from ideation to production to promotion with linkable blog content that helps to increase search engine rankings
Research and build a list of high-quality websites and bloggers willing to publish Redfin's content and data
Pitch Redfin's content and data using persuasive outreach through email and other promotion tactics
Consistently track and maintain an organized database of contacts and email templates with high attention to detail
Explore new content opportunities to build online relationships with government, academic and organization websites
Report to the Content Marketing Manager and team with successes, progress and opportunities for improvement
Basic knowledge and understanding of SEO and Content Marketing preferred
Persuasive email composition and outreach skills preferred. Prior experience with outreach software such as Buzzstream or Ninja Outreach, a huge plus
Experience thinking outside the box to create website content (blog articles, customer resources, infographics, etc.) that is republished or mentioned on other websites
Results driven mindset with the tenacity to hustle until you reach your goals
Strong analytical skills that allow you to advocate for data driven action through testing of content types, email templates and promotional tactics
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build bridges with internal teams, external partners, and vendors

As a Content Marketing Coordinator on the SEO team, you’ll use your storytelling and analytical skills to drive awareness of the Redfin mission, our unique technology, and everything else that sets Redfin apart. You’ll expand our reach in Google and other search engines by building new citations to Redfin.com and creating content that drives organic traffic.

The compensation information is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $53,800.00 - 80,500.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
