      Brown & Brown is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Dedham, MA.

      The Content Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales Enablement team by creating engaging, on-brand content and marketing materials that drive sales initiatives and client engagement. This role collaborates closely with sales teammates and subject matter experts to design and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, digital assets, and print collateral. The coordinator ensures consistency with brand standards, assists with campaigns and events, and provides creative support across regional and corporate initiatives.

      How You Will Contribute:

      • Support marketing campaigns and programs with on-brand assets and messaging.

      • Assist subject matter experts and Sales Enablement team to translate complex topics into compelling, digestible content.

      • Design and format presentations, proposals, digital ads, and print collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

      • Create first-pass designs and layout templates for sales enablement and event materials.

      • Produce high-quality digital, print & video content and marketing materials for marketing campaigns, social media and other outlets.

      • Apply and uphold brand standards across all content and visual communications.

      • Work with AVP to build marketing collateral tailored to regional needs.

      • Assist AVP in the development of RFP responses, pitch decks, and discovery presentations.

      • Support client onboarding efforts with templated tools and branded materials.

      • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team to track deliverables, timelines, and project status updates across concurrent initiatives.

      Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

      • Proficient with MS Office Suite

      • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher. Able to create, edit, and merge letters, spreadsheets, labels, etc.

      • Exceptional telephone demeanor

      • Comfortable working with brand guidelines and translating them across multiple media

      • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

      • 1 – 2 years of experience in content marketing, communications, and design

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships

      • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement technology (Preferred)

      • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Preferred)

      • Excellent project management and communication skills (Preferred)

      • Insurance Producer license in good standing (authorities in states needed to write / service business) (Preferred)
