      Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is looking for a Content Marketing Manager

      W e are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will be a key driver in developing and executing the content strategy for Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) . While designing and publishing content on a few themes independently, in most cases you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leve rage your creative vision to produce engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.

      Who you will work with:

      The Content Marketing Manager will report to Global Marketing Director .

      Content Marketing Manager will be a part of a dynamic global team, responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies that help drive brand & business goals. Working as part of the wider Marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager will also work closely with the different solution marketing teams with a purpose to drive momentum and establish the desired market positioning for our brand and our solutions.

      What you will work on:

      • Develop ing and execut ing a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals and customer needs

      • Identify ing and produc ing stories & content aligned with the strategic focus that help develop the desired brand/business narrative in the marketplace

      • Collaborat ing across marketing, solutions, and sales teams to understand audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points to inform content creation

      • Creat ing and overseeing the creation of a variety of content types such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, whitepapers, and more

      • Providing guidance, support, and inspiration to other marketing teams to ensure high-quality content production

      • Develop ing a content calendar whilst ensuring consistent and timely content deployment across various platforms

      • Optimiz ing content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic visibility , driv ing traffic to our website

      • Monitor ing content performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement

      • Cultivat ing and managing relationships with industry influencers, guest contributors, and partners for collaborative content initiatives

      • Stay ing current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices

      • Manag ing the content marketing budget and allocating resources effectively for maximum impact

      • Ensur ing content compliance with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency

      What you need to succeed in the role:

      • Master’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent

      • 3-5 years’ experience in an international B2B organisation with a minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, editorial roles

      • Experienced with working with design & publishing tools such as Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Word Press etc .

      • Proficiency in content marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, analytics, and SEO tools

      • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies

      • Proven writing, editing, and publishing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types

      • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language

      • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally whilst manag ing multiple stakeholders

      • Up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies

      • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities under tight deadlines while performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
