  Are you a content marketing or communication expert? Do you bring excellent German skills to the table? Are you familiar with editorial work?
  We are looking for a Content Marketing Project & Production Manager with the following scope of responsibilities:
  
  • You will be part of our Content Marketing & Client Communication team within Marketing & Digital Sales of UBS Switzerland.
  • You will be a crucial part on the further development of UBS Switzerland's comprehensive content and digital strategy across all client segments as well as product and thematic focuses.
  • Your main responsibility will be managing the ongoing content production and optimization flow for our product and editorial content to provide our clients and prospects financial literacy and enable them to take sound financial decisions.
  • You will optimize existing content marketing measures and user journeys, manage topic and editorial planning, brief content creators, steer the approval, translation & publishing process, prepare it for distribution in online and offline channels.
  • Furthermore you regularly analyze the content’s performance (SEO and on-page) based on the team’s and business’ OKR-set and implement optimizations based on this.
  • In the content production process you will interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts and transfer their expertise into appealing and user intent oriented content.
  • You will work closely with our search experience colleagues, content strategists, digital marketing experts, interaction and service designers, content producers of all disciplines, product teams, localization experts and researchers.
  • You will also work with and manage advertising and marketing agencies and external content producers.

  Your team

  The Digital Communications & Growth team of UBS Switzerland is constantly looking for talents. This role is part of the Marketing & Digital Sales Center of Excellence, which is responsible for all marketing & digital sales activities for UBS Switzerland. The Digital Communications & Growth team takes care of all Content & Dialogue Marketing, organic Social Media, Search Experience and Growth Marketing activities for UBS Switzerland.
  
  You’ll be a part of the Content Marketing & Client Communication team. You will work from our Wroclaw office or you can opt for a hybrid or remote working arrangement. We take care of all intent- and long-form content on UBS.com/ch and are also taking care of content production for further owned and paid channels.

  Your expertise

  • At least two years of project management experience in content marketing or communication. Experience in editorial work will be a strong asset.
  • Excellent German skills with capability to assess the quality of German content delivered by external providers.
  • Fluent in English and feeling comfortable working in an international team.
  • Experience in working with analytics, user research and client feedback as a source for producing and optimizing content.
  • Experience with content, SEO, collaboration and analytics tools will be an asset: for example Adobe Analytics, Sistrix, SEMRush, Searchmetrics, Decibel, ScreamingFrog, Google Ads, Google Search Console, censhare, etc.
  • A good understanding for UX principles and conversion-oriented content
  • Quick comprehension, networked thinking and quickly finding your way around new structures and topics
  • Strategic, conceptual and innovative thinking and high quality standards for marketing communication
  • Experience with action-oriented online and offline communication as well as understanding of multichannel marketing
  • Your wealth of experience ideally includes knowledge of the financial industry
  • An open, direct communication style and enjoy working in teams and with various contact persons
  • Comfortable in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ideally working experience in agile structures
