      Duties:
      • Enhance and scale copyright moderation processes
      • Evaluate copyright moderation processes (including Pex and DMCA processes) to streamline risk mitigation;
      • Develop self-serve tooling for streamlined takedown processes.
      • Assist with DMCA claim and counter-claim processes, internal escalations and third-party communication.
      • Enhance and scale content moderation processes
      • Evaluate content moderation processes (including policies related to harmful/illegal content) and streamline risk mitigation.
      • Work with cross-functional partners to adapt and scale existing policies for global regulatory moderation compliance.
      • Manage copyright/content operation queues
      • Manage Zendesk queue for integrity-related tickets, using macros and structured workflows to maintain SLAs;
      • Monitor and Zendesk queue of counter-claim submissions and copyright scanning disputes, per internal guidelines;
      • Monitor and action on internal escalations.
      • Improve systems and policy
      • Identify opportunities to strengthen or automate content integrity policies.
      • Coordinate with engineering and policy leads on changes to make processes more efficient.
      • Utilize AI tools to automate existing and newly developed processes

      Skills:
      • Experience in content operations, trust & safety, or legal operations, ideally within a digital media or tech company.
      • Experience in the music industry, ideally in digital rights, licensing, publishing, or content operations.
      • Familiarity with UGC moderation and copyright law (especially DMCA).
      • Experience using customer success tools (e.g. Zendesk), organization management tools (e.g., Airtable), internal communication platforms (e.g. Slack), and AI tools.
      • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and customer success teams.
