      This is a part-time remote position.

      Approximately 15 hours per week.
      Due to business licensing requirements, this position is only open to candidates in the following states: AL, FL, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA


      Ideal Candidate:

You are a strong written and verbal communicator and enjoy helping others. You are efficient and can manage your time wisely while handling multiple tasks. You understand that it takes a lot of grit and resilience to work at a small, growing business and you're willing to be agile and strategic. You value the diverse skills of a team to learn and grow from one another. Your friends describe you as wise beyond your years; you enjoy helping others find practical strategies to make their lives more purposeful, meaningful, and joyful.


      Job Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; preferable in English, education, business or related field
      • Understanding of various goal-setting products in the industry and the a bility to help people accomplish big goals by setting smaller, daily goals
      • Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms
      • Comfortable teaching in front of large groups of people whether in person or on Zoom
      • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
      • Understand how AI integrates into your role

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Aide the Content Director by implementing our content strategy through blog posts, product development, and Goal School Premium (GSP) teaching
      • Engage with our current audience and grow our social media reach through photos and videos
      • Write and deliver GSP class content and build community with our current members
      • Strategize and then implement a plan of growth for our GSP community
      • Other duties as assigned

      Compensation & Benefits:

      • Starting compensation for this position is $22-30 per hour based on education and experience
