  Content Strategy and Migration Specialist
  Auburn Hills, MI
  12+ Months Contract
  Must Have:
  1. Experience working with employee portal/internal company site
  2. Adept with cloud-based digital technologies
  3. Detail-oriented and attentive proof-reader
  4. Proven ability to conduct strategic content audit and inventories
  5. Experience with google-based platforms; LumApps preferred
  Good to Have:
  1. Experience with Google Based Platforms - Lumapps preferred
  2. Understanding of Vignette and Wordpress preferred
  Responsibilities:
  1) Content inventory – Conduct content audits, content gap analysis and other standard content strategy discovery, understanding current process and improve to a more proactive approach
  2) Content strategy – Analyze strengths/weaknesses and develop overall strategy; create and populate content matrixes.
  3) Content optimization - Conduct workshops with stakeholders to review and update existing content (i.e. determining appropriate tags for content, mapping of content to new portal, deleting outdated content, updating relevant content)
  4) Content migration – Move content from existing portal to new portal; Map content to new site architecture and identify & address content gaps.
