      We ar e seeking a Senior Manager, Thought Leadership Content Strategy for the Financial Services Industry to join our tea m. Protiviti is a hybrid work environment, and we offer flexibility within our teams.       It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

      What You Can Expect:

      As Protiviti’s Senior Manager, Thought Leadership Content Strategy for the Financial Services Industry , you will collaborate closely with Protiviti’s FSI practice leaders and marketing colleagues worldwide. You will partner with Protiviti’s leaders and experts to develop insightful views and perspectives on key issues and challenges affecting financial services organizations worldwide and communicate Protiviti's credentials and subject-matter expertise consistently and impactfully to the market .

      What You Will Do :

      • Write and oversee production of editorial content and thought leadership for the market, including white papers, research reports, newsletters, flash reports, resource guides, point-of-view papers, contributed articles, blog posts and other materials.

      • Work with multiple business leaders and parties to develop content from inception of ideas through numerous rounds of editorial reviews.

      • Provide extensive knowledge of critical issues, emerging trends, and developments within the financial services industry, including but not limited to the domestic and global financial regulatory environment.

      • Recommend and pursue key topics and trends to explore in published thought leadership.

      What Will Make You Successful :

      • Experience as an editor or journalist with a respected news or industry publication.

      • Ability to work on and manage a pipeline of multiple projects and assignments under tight deadlines and adapt writing to the Protiviti brand voice.

      • Knowledge of the AP style guide.

      • H ighly experienced writer and editor who has d eep financial services industry knowledge .

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

      • Professional, confident, enthusiastic and detail oriented.

      • Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

      • Ability to take initiative and work with a sense of urgency.

      • Ability to demonstrate flexibility while prioritizing changing workloads.

      • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful.

      Your Educational and Professional Qualifications :

      • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

      • 10+ years in related field, preferably at a financial services industry publication or professional services firm

      • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

      Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills, and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
      $113,600- $181,800

      Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job:

      The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
      $129,504 - $207,252

      Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.

      Protiviti’s Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) provides additional incentive opportunities on top of their annualized salary for eligible employees. Protiviti provides paid Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service. A new hire receives up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, our people receive an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year. We offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan, with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions for eligible employees.
